2. Service Description

LittleSpeak.space provides AI-powered voice therapy for children aged 4–12. The Basic Plan ($19/month) includes 2 sessions per week, while the Pro Plan ($49/month) offers unlimited sessions, advanced tracking, and priority support. A 7-day free trial is available, no credit card required.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service on behalf of a child.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Basic Plan: $19/month, billed monthly.
• Pro Plan: $49/month, billed monthly, with additional features.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing cycle.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose.
• Supervise your child’s use and ensure accurate account information.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

LittleSpeak.space is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages or losses from using the Service, beyond what’s required by law.
